A Tribute to Our Founder
Gordon P. Wolfe, Our Founder
Gordon P. Wolfe was one of the pioneers of Geriatric Care Management and founded Human Network Systems, Inc. in Denver, Colorado in January 1984. He saw a void in services available to ensure that the health and safety needs of our elderly and disabled community members were being met. Gordon had a passion for helping others and was a wonderful mentor to numerous Care Managers and other professionals in the aging field (i.e. elder law attorneys, fiduciaries, and trust officers) near and far.
Human Network Systems is the oldest and most established Private Guardianship and Care Management agency in the Rocky Mountain Region. One of Gordon’s best professional Care Manager and Fiduciary traits was his ability to handle some of the most complex situations with a very level head and calm demeanor while not hesitating to firmly hold others accountable when necessary. Gordon passed his philosophies and practices along to our current team of Aging Life Care Professionals® who work closely to help clients and their natural support system(s) navigate the aging process.
Human Network Systems strives to maintain the values and ideals set forth by Gordon while meeting the changing needs of our community and elderly and disabled populations.
Gordon retired in January 2020, on the 36th anniversary of starting Human Network Systems. Sadly, Gordon passed away in May of 2021, but his legacy lives on.
